01. Brand Enthusiasm

A mere spark can make our heart race and get us excited on thoughts of what can be. In turn, a spark needs a further connection to maximize the full potential of how great it can be. Like the spark of an engine, we unleash the full potential of an idea by creating a thoughtfully planned path of execution, thus, creating a chain reaction of triumphs that propel businesses forward.

Investors are our clients, employees, partners, and friends. If you don’t have a passion and drive for developing creative solutions for brands, then Glint’s not for you. Better known as Glintsters, when you’re with us, you’re with us. From our quirky (we love this word) personalities to our business savvy, we come together for one thing: To produce a quality product with exceptional service that is both fair to the client and the agency.

02. Clients

Listening: It’s not just waiting for your turn to talk. At Glint, our purpose is to listen and truly understand our client’s challenges and aspirations. Only when we have spent the necessary time learning about them, can we construct useful messages to engage their target audience and successfully grow their brand. This approach allows each client to receive innovative, unique ideas that convey what their consumer needs to hear. We take pride in producing compelling communications that get our clients noticed. After all, our name is on it, too.

CONNECTIONS HELP FORGE STRONG PARTNERSHIPS
We’ve discovered the basics of marketing, and bright outside perspectives often provide more value than cookie-cutter approaches from “industry” experts. However, sometimes it makes the initial partnership more comfortable to work with an agency that’s succeeded in your field. Click below to see some of the industries we have experience within.

A PARTNERSHIP IS MORE THAN A MONETARY TRANSACTION

Ethusiasm and drive bloom when there’s ROI. If you’re not making money, your passion can quickly become a side project without much focus.

/team

You are your own brand, and everyone else is your partner. Work as hard for everyone (clients, co-workers, friends, business partners) as you do for yourself. Every interaction with any person is an opportunity to set yourself up as being admired and respected or flippant and uncaring.

03. Individually we are good, together we are great.

Our internal Glintsters are problem solvers and as unique as our agency. Our leadership team requires a background of past business ownership or leadership. This is the only way we can ensure the right perspective around business challenges, stresses, and the rewards that come with success. Implementing strategies, internal or external, becomes much more effective when you have a real grasp of what’s at stake. Add an advisory board of genius experts that are specialized in a variety of practices, and our foundation for success is strong. Also, when you get Glint, you get all our relationships and specialized experts. We can be as big or small as you need.

04. Expand your reach

It’s a must for the future of the agency and your success. Companies that operate independently become stagnant and repetitious. You and your agency need to be stimulated by a variety of processes, industries, experts, and innovative deliverers.

A network should be reflective of your ambitions and experience. Be selective of who becomes a part of this vital group. Be ready to support and help those in your network whenever they reach out. You will need this group when business declines, and you need a quick win, or counseling to help refocus on your goals. They can also remind you of where you came from and keep you grounded in your success. Networking groups are not friend groups, and you should be selective about who joins your group. A quality network will always be more powerful than a large network.
