The campaign’s overarching theme was to utilize emoji’s as the primary identifier. Prestige Community Credit Union has a long history of commitment to its members. The brand represents a continued commitment to helping people attain the successful financial standing they strive to achieve. Through checking, savings, loans, and financial education, the credit union has succeeded because of the strength of its collective group. Being a part of the credit union means you’re a member and have a voice in what it does.

Confronted with providing a new perspective and approach for engaging the millennial market, Glint was engaged to create a campaign that aligned with the brand while speaking the common language of the audience. We needed to keep the messaging simple with short headlines and impactful visuals to draw in the audience.

Our strategy was to theme a year-long campaign that would stick in members’ minds, promote service-specific products, and help Prestige increase product sales and member engagement. By focusing on a common language of the audience, emojis, Glint created a fun and engaging marketing approach. We then integrated the campaign across multiple platforms to ensure reinforcement of the messaging. The campaign was reviewed monthly and fine-tuned as needed with data capture and analysis to offer the greatest ROI.
