Erayne Gee Hill joins the Glint team as vice president, managing daily operations, client interactions and acquisition.

She is a 25-year public relations, marketing and communications veteran who began her career as an intern at Ketchum Public Relations and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office.

Upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and PR and a minor in African American studies, Hill briefly edited textbooks and managed authors at Pinnacle Education Associates.

She then headed to the Fort Worth Independent School District as a special projects coordinator. At FWISD, she participated in fundraising, event planning, managing crises and maintaining partnerships with the Fort Worth community.

Marketing for financial institutions and educating along the way

She spent the next eleven years at Unity One Credit Union, the oldest credit union in Texas. Considered a mid-size credit union serving members in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Minnesota and Kansas, Unity One ranged between $230-250 million in assets. Climbing to more than 30,000 members during her employment, the credit union expanded to nine branches and three in-school branches.

Readjusting expectations for Texas A&M School of Law in downtown Fort Worth

Hill spent the next three years at Texas A&M School of Law in downtown Fort Worth as the director of marketing and communications. In three years, the law school nearly doubled enrollment, robustly launched its graduate program and rose 30 spots in the U.S. News and World Report ranking—an unprecedented journey for any law school in the country.

Serving the community

She is a past president of the Fort Worth chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. The chapter reached a membership milestone of 200 members during her tenure. She serves on the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Central Area Council and is a former North Area Council chairperson and Chamber of Commerce board member.

Hill currently serves as the Metro YMCA Annual Giving Campaign Chairperson and is a member of the board of directors. She was named a 2015 CUNA Credit Union Rockstar. She also served four years on the national board of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) representing youth from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico.

Hill is a Fort Worth, Texas native. She is married to James and is mother to teen Trevor. She loves to read, shop and eat sweets with no apologies. Look for more information about Erayne soon.Erayne Gee Hill
