Glint Advertising & Design is currently seeking to fill 2 part-time production artist positions, both with potential to become full-time. One will have a primary focus on web, while the other will be more conceptual. These positions are mainly responsible for finalizing a variety of design projects through print and web, and maintaining day-to-day interaction with internal design team, from project initiation to presentations. The Production Artist position applies production and design towards outlined objectives to deliver superior layouts and output ready files. Reports to Creative Director.
Β Responsibilities:
- Reviews Creative Briefs
- Designs Creative Layouts
- Production on Press/Development Ready Digital Files
- Insert Content in Content Management Systems
- Basic Edits to pre-existing HTML/CSS templates
- Execution is thorough, accurate, and timely
- Is accomplished in the Adobe Suite of Products
- Understands strategic thought processβ¦can think βbig pictureβ
- Proactively brings new ideas and solutions to clients
- Strives to be an indispensable resource to agency
Requirements:
- Design Degree or in final year of Design Degree pursuit
- Experience in Print
- Experience/Specialization in Web design
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- Highly flexible with a βcan doβ attitude
