Account Executive
The Account Executive position is service-oriented and is responsible for maintaining day-to-day account activities, from project planning to execution to reporting. The Account Executive manages projects through the company to deliver superior client service and added value at every stage. Reports to Managing Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and manages client workflow throughout the agency from project initiation to completion
- Manage client expectations and budgets to ensure project profitability
- Execution is thorough, accurate, and timely
- Acts as the point person/key task leader for all day-to-day operations
- Develops creative briefs, initiates creative brainstorms and manages creative team deliverables
- Understands strategic thought process…can think “big picture”
- Accountable for post-program analysis/performance evaluation
- Keeps client up to date on competitive actions
- Proactively bring new ideas and solutions to clients
- Strives to be indispensable partner to client
- Understands client business and needs within their category and the marketing industry as a whole
Requirements:
- BA or BS
- 2-4 years experience (preferably agency experience)
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Multi-tasking while maintaining high-quality standards

Jr. Designer/Production Artist
The Jr. Designer/Production Artist position is production-oriented and is responsible for production and design layout, maintaining day-to-day interaction with internal design team, from project initiation to presentations. The Jr. Designer/Production Artist position applies production and design towards outlined objectives to deliver superior layouts and output ready files. Reports to Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews Creative Briefs
- Conceptualizes Strategies and content
- Designs Creative Layouts
- Production on Press/Development Ready Digital Files
- Execution is thorough, accurate, and timely
- Is accomplished in the Adobe Suite of Products
- Understands strategic thought process…can think “big picture”
- Proactively brings new ideas and solutions to clients
- Strives to be an indispensable resource to agency
Requirements:
- Design Degree
- Experience in Print and Web design & Production

Web Developer
The Web Developer position is responsible for developing innovative web-based tools across a variety of platforms to support marketing strategies and brand standards. The web developer woks closely with project managers, strategists and the design team. Client interaction and proactive learning on emerging technologies is a must. Programming, graphic design, project management, and vendor management are all elements of this position. Reports to Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Produces project estimates during sales process
- Reviews Creative Briefs
- Conceptualizes Interactive Strategies and content
- Designs Site Structures and Platforms
- Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions for clients
- Production on Web Ready Digital Files
- Execution is thorough, accurate, and timely
- Is accomplished in the Adobe Suite of Products
- Understands strategic thought process…can think “big picture”
- Proactively brings new ideas and solutions to clients
- Strives to be an indispensable resource to agency
Requirements:
- Computer Science Degree or Design Degree with Comparable Experience
- 2-3 Years Programming Experience (preferably in an Agency)
- Expert knowledge/understanding with HTML/XHTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, MySQL, MSSQL
- Experience using extensible web authoring tools, open source software and CMS systems
