01. Glint Celebrates 20 Years
For our 20th Anniversary, we are making 2020 a year to pause and reflect. Glint wants to celebrate twenty years of business by having people share their stories and business journeys. Everyone has a story, and it has been quite the journey for us; let’s face it, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. If anything, it’s hard to run a business, but what makes it worthwhile is reflecting on how far you’ve come. We all started somewhere and were impacted by significant moments along the way. It doesn’t matter if you’re in your first year of business, your fiftieth, or you haven’t even started. It’s about understanding the meaning of hard work and remembering that no matter where you are in your journey to take a moment to pause and reflect on what it took to get you where you are now.
The people you work with, the work you do, and the things you have accomplished are all a part of your success development. So, we ask, what makes you proud? What drives you? Where do you want to be?

02. Join The Movement
In celebration of achieving our twenty-year milestone, we want to encourage you to join our Pause and Reflect campaign. Together, we can spread words of encouragement, celebrations, and thanks by posting on social media and using the hashtag #pauseandreflect. Although the challenges we’ve faced in 2020 may have been overwhelming at times, taking a moment to pause and reflect over the last twenty years will likely give you hope, and confirm you’ve still made a lot of progress. So please, join the campaign and help us celebrate how great the last twenty years have been.

Pause and reflect, that’s what i’ve been doing this entire year. Without the tragedy that is 2020 I would have never been led to appreciate all the good things in my life. I usually save the mirror pics for the snap story, but one of those good things in my life is my awesome job, and we’re currently celebrating our 20th anniversary (hence the kickass shirt). Moral of the story: appreciate the little things, remember ur roots, stop and smell the roses, and reflect on ur journey 🙂 #pauseandreflect #glintadvertising

We think thousands of thoughts each day; deadlines, dreams, doubts. But have you ever wondered *why* certain ones linger longer than others? 🌿
What fills your mind isn’t random; it mirrors what you value or quietly fear. When we pause and listen, our thoughts reveal the map of our inner world. 💭
Join us for Episode 02 of *Pause for a Thought*, as we explore how awareness transforms mental noise into clarity and insight.
Drop a “🌱” if you’ve ever stopped to really observe your own thoughts.

Not every moment needs a response, a decision, or a rush forward. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down, take a breath, and give yourself space to think.
In that pause, clarity returns, perspective shifts, and strength quietly rebuilds 💛

Expectations from others often lead to hurt. 🌿
We wait for others to understand us…
and that waiting becomes our pain.
Release expectations.
Find peace within yourself. 🕊️

Most people try to fight cravings.
Push through.
Ignore them.
“Be stronger.”
But what if that’s not the problem?
What if the shift isn’t about control…
but about understanding?
This is where things start to change.
“Kind words do not cost much. Yet they accomplish much.” — Blaise Pascal
A gentle reminder that the smallest gestures often leave the deepest impression. A kind word, offered freely, can brighten a day, mend a moment, or quietly change the course of someone’s path.
Wherever you are today, take a moment to share a little kindness. It costs nothing, and yet it means everything.

Why do moments like Justin Bieber’s “Hallelujah” hit so deep… 🥺🙏
Maybe because they quietly remind us of what we often overlook—
the air we breathe, waking up to a new day, stepping outside, brushing our teeth without thinking…
the simple presence of loved ones, family, and the little everyday moments that don’t ask for attention 🤍
In a world chasing bigger, better, faster… it’s easy to forget that some of the greatest blessings are already here.
Sometimes, all it takes is a pause… to feel it, and be thankful ✨
When was the last time you slowed down and appreciated the little things?

From a quiet room…
to a room full of presence.
Yesterday’s “An Unapologetic Pause… inspired by Begin With A Dot ”was a full house.
But more than that, it was a space where everyone slowed down…
picked up a pen…
and began with a dot.
Watching each person move from hesitation to flow,
from noise to stillness…
was truly special.
Because sometimes, all it takes is a pause…
to reconnect with yourself.

You don’t have to keep pushing at full speed to be worthy of where you’re going.
At Path of Dreams, we believe growth isn’t about having everything figured out but about giving yourself the space to breathe, reflect, and come back to who you are. The quiet moments, the pauses, the in-between… that’s where real clarity begins.
This is your permission slip:
You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to not have all the answers yet.
Because your path isn’t meant to be rushed.
It’s meant to be felt.
Save this for when life feels too loud 🤍

A rude moment can sting, but not every sharp response is about you.
Sometimes people are carrying stress, grief, anxiety, exhaustion, or battles you cannot see. That does not make hurtful behavior okay, but it can remind us to respond with wisdom instead of instantly taking it personally.
You do not have to absorb someone else’s bad moment. You can protect your peace, keep your boundaries, and still choose compassion.
Pause before reacting. Breathe before assuming. Lead with grace when you can.
Have you ever found out later that someone was going through more than you realized?

You don’t have to be falling apart to need a reset.
Sometimes it’s quieter than that.
It looks like showing up, but feeling slightly disconnected.
Like moving through your days with a low hum of exhaustion you can’t quite explain.
Like knowing something feels off… but not giving yourself permission to pause.
A reset isn’t a reaction to burnout.
It’s a way of staying in relationship with yourself before you get there.
If any part of this post resonated, take it as a gentle signal. Not that something is wrong, but that something within you is asking to be heard.
✨ Save this for when you need to check back in with yourself
✨ Or share it with someone who’s been quietly holding a lot
And if you’re ready for a deeper reset, you can explore ways to begin in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
